To retrieve your password via email, please enter your Customer Number and email address. Your customer number can be found on the Packing Slip that arrived with your shipment of samples in the upper right hand corner of the page.
If your email address is registered with ERA, the system will automatically generate a new password and send it to you. Also, all other contacts ERA has on file to receive PT results for your Customer Number will receive an email notifying them of a change to the password.
